Position Description: The FSO, reporting to the CEO will manage the Industrial Security Programs of S3 and its subsidiaries to ensure compliance with the NISPOM. The FSO, will implement DOD procedures for classified
document control, visitor control, personnel security, and physical security.
The FSO, will supervise and direct security measures necessary for implementing applicable requirements of the NISPOM and related Federal requirements and will revise and/or update personnel activities. The FSO will manage security operations including access control, admin systems, and video surveillance. Duties: Manage the Industrial Security Programs of S3 and its cleared subsidiary to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM). Experience/Skills Required : At least 12 years of relevant security program development, management, documentation, and reporting experience.
