new officers without prior experience and $3000 for Lateral Officers.

Competitive Pay: Starting pay for a new officer is $46,196 a year. Lateral Officers are highly encouraged to apply with starting wages dependent on experience. We offer increased rank pay and paid overtime. Officers are eligible to receive predetermined hourly increases for certifications and educational degrees.
