Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits, as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties. Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations to represent clients' interests. Requirements: Active Bar membership in the state of Florida. Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school. Previous experience in guardianship law or related areas is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly.
