Budget and program management experience, including managing staff reports preferred. Technical literacy with business systems such as Quick Books helpful. Must have demonstrated abilities in creating Word documents, Power Point presentations, and Excel analysis. Personal Attributes : Ability to be a leader in the community. Promote, direct, and manage a program to a geographically dispersed client base.
Prepare and manage budget. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines Customize small business education programs to the community. Raise funds through resources which include Program Income, donations, and grants.
