proceedings. The successful candidate will be active in local bar and community activities and will participate in community education and outreach to eligible clients. This position will be based out of NMLA's Silver City office. The work will primarily be in South Western New Mexico centered around our office in Silver City, but may include casework and outreach throughout New Mexico.

Requirements: Experience as practicing attorney preferred but will consider exceptional candidate without experience. Admission to practice in New Mexico required.
Must be willing and able to travel. Must be able to effectively use computer technology and remote communications systems, including shared on-line workspaces and web meeting and video conferencing software, to effectively collaborate and co-counsel with staff located in multiple offices. Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks, manage a caseload and build collaborative relationships within the staff and the community.
