adult clients and duties include: Performs diagnostic backssments as necessary Develops client-centered ISPs, monitor and review progress Provides outpatient individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families Maintains clinical records within Crossroads' standards Arranges appointments and collateral contacts, and coordinates therapeutic efforts Participates in outcome tracking Provides direct service to clients in the event of an emergency, or in the absence of an assigned service provider Requirements: Bachelors acceptable with 3 years of experience.
