you will play a pivotal role in successfully managing the operations and development of our safe locks product line. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of product management, including product development, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Responsibilities as a Product Manager: Collaborate with engineers and customers to develop and enhance safe lock products. Manage product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. Proactively identify and resolve product-related issues, demonstrating electro/mechanical savvy. Build strong relationships
with clients, employees, and engineers to facilitate effective communication. Professionally and effectively represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and supplier visits, contributing to business development efforts.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Demonstrate proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager preferred. Preferred background in electronics, mechanics, or related fields. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to visualize and conceptualize product ideas. Willingness
to travel up to 40% of the time for client visits, conferences, trade shows, and supplier visits.
Experience in a management role, preferably as a department head, or a demonstrated potential to manage teams effectively preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and be a proactive team player. Strong work ethic and a " make it happen" attitude. Job Summary Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames. Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions. Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance
tools are utilized correctly. Visits guest service areas to backss satisfaction levels.
Communicates to staff regularly, both formally and informally. Enforces safety standards with employees. Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
