We are hiring a Clinical Director at our Spring Hill Recovery Center in Ashby, Massachusetts. Salary: 85,000 to 97,000 Clinical Supervisor Job Summary: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all activities of the admission process from point of referral

to completion of intake paperwork upon admission and transfer to the Case Manager. The Clinical Supervisor consults with the Program Director, Executive Director, Business Development, Physician, and medical personnel as needed.

The Clinical Supervisor maintains close communication with all clinical staff - especially leading up to each patient's admission, provides any information relevant to the patient and assists in developing and modifying the care plan for the patient as needed. The Clinical Supervisor works alongside the clinical department in driving the treatment and therapeutic process from admission to transition, ensuring patient success and stable ongoing recovery. Supervisor Responsibilities: Coordinates the admission process from the time of referral through intake in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

backsses patient's physical, psychological, social, and environmental status; identifies appropriate interventions and collaborates with team to initiate a plan of care based on these findings. Works closely with the Case Management Department to ensure efficient discharge planning and coordination of care with other healthcare providers. Serves as a critical resource for de-escalation purposes if patients feel inclined to discharge from treatment against medical advice. Maintains communication with patients following completion of treatment - especially in cases where patients are discharged prematurely against medical advice.

Qualifications: 3 + years of clinical experience w orking with Addiction and/or Chemical Dependency patients LICSW/LMHC Education: master's degree in psychology, Social Work or related field Why Work for Us! WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS This is a full-time Monday through Friday position, with a schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Picture yourself as the scheduling liaison between

senior management, sales, project managers, and clients. Your day involves providing top-notch client service via phone and occasional walk-ins, dispatching coordinates to crew leaders, and scheduling field crews to work at client sites.

Your organizational prowess ensures projects run like a well-oiled machine, even when faced with the occasional weather-dependent challenge. Supervising customer service representatives and support staff, you'll juggle multiple projects with ease, showcasing superior customer service skills and adaptability. OUR IDEAL INSIDE SALES MANAGER – SCHEDULER 2 years of customer service/call center experience Experience using CRM databases Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Exceptional customer service and communication skills Great organizational skills and attention to detail Having a bachelor's degree and industry knowledge is preferred but not required!
