For an overview of our benefits here at SABIC, please visit: Job Summary Lead the market growth for BLUEHERO™ initiative, Electrification Segment, including strategy development and execution, for the profitable growth of business, in the area of EV battery components and electrical systems for Americas region. Key responsibilities include growth playbook development for the region, new market identification, lead ideation and build innovation pipeline, value chain engagement and drive strategic collaboration with customers to validate new solutions.

Responsible for aligning resources from the different functions for the short, mid and long-term growth ambitions of the segment. The position reports to the Global Electrification Segment Leader, and plays a key role in driving global growth efforts on opportunities with vehicle electrification. How You Can Be the Impact Develop and execute strategic growth plan, in response to emerging market needs for electrification, changing customer behaviors and dynamic regulatory environment.

Understand market eco-system, drive ideation process to develop and manage a multi-generation solution portfolio Develop business cases, validate assumptions and analyses fit vs attractiveness to define next best opportunity space for growth Understand automotive value chain and upcoming disruptions with electrification, develop plan for engagement; and leads industry collaboration efforts to validate new solutions Build translation package of validated solutions and coordinate efforts with commercial team on translation to new customers.

Evaluate and document SWOT analysis on a competitive basis to keep abreast of the competitive market situation within the industry and refine action plan. Cultivate the culture of calculated risk taking amongst cross-functional team, through clear communication of strategy and build consensus on resourcing and validation of advanced technologies. Ensures effective interaction and communication across functions and to business teams Develop regional communication strategy for the segment and coordinate efforts with MARCOM team to drive market awareness through external media and social channels What Matters to SABIC Minimum 10 - 15 years automotive industry with relevant sales/marketing/technology experience Knowledge of the components related to Electrification, solutions for batteries, emerging trends and regulatory requirements… experience in market development efforts on positioning materials in EV solutions space is a plus Experience with market development efforts on multi-material semi-structural parts (metal hybrid, composites hybrid) Understanding of the automotive value chain and upcoming disruptions with electrification Successful track record of developing and executing solution roadmap in collaboration with value chain partners Ability to lead, direct, guide, plan and develop team and new projects and programs Business acumen & negotiating skills Flexibility to travel, within the region and globally.

position is responsible for providing attentive, cheerful, courteous, professional customer service to all customers, internal and external, striving to always exceed their expectations. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position sedentary with primarily sitting and lifting of maximum of 10 pounds. Physical factors include frequent standing, walking, sitting, use of hearing, near/midrange/far vision, depth perception, color/field of vision and typing. Working conditions include frequent exposure to noise and vibration. Potential hazards include frequent computer use and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment use. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Associates Degree in Business or Business Administration or Business-related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of a supervisory experience in casino operations. Certification/License: Must undergo a Criminal background investigation done under the rules of the National Indian Gaming Commission. Will be required to complete and pass pre-employment drug testing. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have working knowledge and be able to use word processing and spreadsheet and data base software. Knowledge of or ability to acquire a thorough understanding of table games.

Must be able to write grammatically correct business correspondence and emails. Must have knowledge of Human Resource Management principles. Must have leadership skills, analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in person, in writing, and by telephone and email. Must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work under pressure and handle difficult situations. Must maintain confidentiality. Native American preferred.
