The Eligibility and COBRA Auditing Specialist completes audits to ensure the accuracy of the information received and entered into our operating system. Including being responsible for auditing the eligibility additions, terminations, changes made to members' accounts, cobra payments, and letters.
Tracking the accuracy of those audits you handle. Alerting your Team Leader to any concerns or issues that you may see when auditing the Eligibility and COBRA audits and helping cover the other auditors' workload as needed. This person must work inside our office. As with any other job, there may be other tasks assigned as necessary.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Some college helpful, but not required Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required Strong math skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are critical to success. Professional phone communication skills. Good organizational skills and excellent customer service.
