Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to international standards. Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

Additional duties include preparing Hazard Analysis Plans, Accident Prevention Plans, accident reporting/investigation and training employees on safety

Inspecting job sites and machinery for potential hazards and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws

and regulations Conducting investigations into workplace incidents Attend meetings with onsite management to promote workplace safety Developing training materials that reduce employees' exposure to hazardous materials and situations Train employees in a range of different topics (Fall Protection, CPR/FA, Respiratory Protection, etc.
