Developing a maintenance schedule for each machine. Working with SOP developer to create training manuals for each machine. Providing coaching for packaging team on weighing and gramming techniques and efficiency. Making and tracking schedule for batches to gram based on weekly production schedule made by the Manager of Processing. Ensuring employee's breaks are timely. Approving time sheets
of direct reports. Tracking and recording GPH. Adjusting inventory spreadsheets. · Adjusting METRC. General Quality Control, · Making sure employees are following safety, compliance, and health-related SOP's Evaluating employee performance, middle communication between employees and upper management (general, personnel issues, absenteeism, etc.
) Following appropriate chain of command when making any changes to processes, SOP's etc. Making sure work is flowing properly. Ensuring employees follow facility cleaning schedule. Working Conditions: Mixed office/production floor environment Must wear required PPE, including mask, hairnet and lab coat when on production floor. May occasionally
require lifting of up to 25 lbs. Exposure to cannabis material and chemicals, fumes, dust orders, and noise.
Supervision Received: General Manager supervises job performance, sets goals, and audits progress, productivity and systems implementation. Supervision Received: Ensures direct reports are on task, productivity of processing and QA staff. Minimum Experience Requirements: Must be 21 years old. Basic Math skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer skills. Good verbal and written skills. Time-management and decision-making skills. Preferred Experience Requirements: 1 Years METRC Administration with knowledge of Employee privileges, package and item creation, package adjustments, including waste and processing loss.
Experienced with conducting inventory audits and using report generation functions. Intermediate-Advanced MS excel, MS Word and Google Sheet skills including creation of Queries and Pivot tables and VBA Knowledge. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education Requirements: 1-year packaging experience. 1+ years Industry experience. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of the State's cannabis regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in labelling requirements and METRC seed to sale tracking.
Capabilities with computer systems, software and hardware common to manufacturing facilities. Competent in Record-keeping procedures relating to compliance, employees and production batches. Possess a valid and current MED Badge. Excellent attention to detail. Sound organizational proficiencies. Ability to conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner. Critical time management. Ability to identify and effectively prioritize actions and requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time as required.
