of your job position is to assist in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and/or the Director of Nursing Services. The administration of medications will follow current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care and assisted living facilities.

You are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for ca rrying out your assigned duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares and administers medications to residents following established procedures. Verifies identity

of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms or records. Clarifies any order or treatment regimen believed to be inaccurate, ineffective, or contraindicated by consulting with appropriate licensed practitioner.

Notifies supervisor when making the decision not to administer. Takes and records vital signs upon administration of medications when required. Orders and re-orders medications and returns all discharge medications for credit in compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintains neat, clean, and orderly medication room and cart. Takes appropriate precautions to make sure residents / patient do not have access

to medications other than those prescribed. Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: At least one year of previous work experience is desired Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or experience as required by state regulations.

Confers with managers and technical persons to resolve problems and coordinate activities. Trains workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and company policies; makes sure company and safety rules are followed. Conduct and participate in safety meetings. Work as a team with other Company

employees and subcontractors. Perform the duties above efficiently and effectively and in a workmanlike manner.

Performs duties not otherwise stated above as directed by manager. Reports to work as scheduled. Physical Demands: Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to work in confined/enclosed spaces for moderate periods of time. Able to climb ladders and stairs throughout day to inspect work at a height of over 6 feet. Able to work more than 40 hours per week when required. Ability to legally drive to and from assigned projects. Vision to read printed materials. Hearing and speech to communicate in person or over a radio or telephone.

Able to work outside in all weather. Skills & Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills including MS-Excel, Word, Office and Project. Ability to get along with others. Ability to prioritize, exercise sound independent judgment, and communicate with co-workers. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise sound independent judgment. Strong customer service skills. Strong knowledge of construction methods and construction safety laws. Experience: Experience in the construction industry. Experience in reconstruction industry preferred, but not required.

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in construction science/construction management, or equivalent of work experience.
