This position will be based in Louisville, CO at our camp headquarters. About You You are a reliable, detail oriented individual. We aren't Amazon, and as such we do not plan on using you for drone-like work. We expect you to be able to think critically and thoughtfully about each and every task assigned to you.
You are timely and consistent - and eager to learn a new skill or two while you work for us! Plans can change quickly so you must also be flexible and willing to adapt to changes in the schedule and job duties. The position will work in both a warehouse and outdoor environment in all weather conditions. Core Responsibilities: Work closely with Operation Specialists to learn best
practices Assist the Operation Specialists with sorting, packing and loading equipment to send out to camp locations Sort & clean equipment for future use Minimum Requirements: Must be able to frequently lift items up to 50 pounds (e.
g. large outdoor equipment such as bikes and kayaks). Must be 18+ years old. Flexibility and adaptability when day-to-day plans change. Willingness to learn bike maintenance and experience in trades/working with tools a plus. Basic computer experience and willingness to work in spreadsheets. Ability to work and manage time efficiently in both independently and within a team environment. Reliable transportation to and from our Louisville headquarters. Compensation
& Benefits: Pay: $18.38/hour Work Location & Schedule: This position works at our headquarters in Louisville, CO.
Roughly 35-40 hours a week. Generally, a 8am-4pm workday. May be asked to work some overtime on an as needed basis. Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office, a warehouse environment, and will be required to work outside in all weather conditions. Company personnel Supervises, orders and coordinates activities of labor, subcontractors and deliveries. Records information such as personnel, production and operation data on specified forms and reports.
Analyze worker and production problems and recommends solutions such as improving production methods or implementing motivational plans and reviews them with manager. Confers with managers and technical persons to resolve problems and coordinate activities. Trains workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and company policies; makes sure company and safety rules are followed. Conduct and participate in safety meetings. Work as a team with other Company
employees and subcontractors. Perform the duties above efficiently and effectively and in a workmanlike manner.
Performs duties not otherwise stated above as directed by manager. Reports to work as scheduled. Physical Demands: Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to work in confined/enclosed spaces for moderate periods of time. Able to climb ladders and stairs throughout day to inspect work at a height of over 6 feet. Able to work more than 40 hours per week when required. Ability to legally drive to and from assigned projects. Vision to read printed materials. Hearing and speech to communicate in person or over a radio or telephone.
Able to work outside in all weather. Skills & Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills including MS-Excel, Word, Office and Project. Experience: Experience in the construction industry. Experience in reconstruction industry preferred, but not required.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in construction science/construction management, or equivalent of work experience.
