Work with minimum Supervision, delegate, evaluate challenges to seek out support when needed. Maintains necessary documentation, reports, time approvals for direct reports. Performs random inspections of all quality and safety policies and procedures. Identify the gaps that need addressed to ensure our systems are effective.

Ensure employees complete appropriate paperwork to include all downtime, runtime and setup times, documentation for production and quality purposes. Audit Reporting systems to ensure the employees have correct data entered for any analysis that may be performed for production and waste accountability. Monitor raw materials to ensure the proper raw materials are being used per customer specs, if a substitution is required, complete approval documentation before converting specs Physical requirements include continuously seeing, standing, walking, talking, hearing/listening, and frequently lifting up to 50lbs.
