Duties and Responsibilities: Determines quality and reliability standards by studying drawings and formulas; verifying specifications with engineering staff. Identifies raw material conditions by collecting samples; conducting inspections and physical test of materials.
Identifies in-process product condition by collecting samples during productions process; conducting in-process inspections and physical tests. Determines disposition of finished product by collecting, classifying, analyzing, and interpreting production and quality data; judging product acceptability in comparison to specifications. Determines acceptability of rework by conducting inspections and physical tests of reworked
product. Documents finished product status by recording and summarizing raw materials, in-process, and finished-product inspection and physical test data; updating quality assurance data base.
Maintains product quality documentation system by writing or rewriting quality assurance procedures. Maintains quality assurance operations by following quality assurance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relating results as needed.. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Expert knowledge of quality expectations and standards. Proven ability to read and interpret blue prints. General understanding of hydraulic, electrical and air systems. General understanding of welding and weld quality. General understanding of paint process and quality.

Utilize the shipping schedule to ensure timely delivery of products per customer requirements. Use computer systems to prepare and complete proper shipping documentation and paperwork.
Schedule and work with shipping carriers to ensure proper pickups have been scheduled on a daily basis. Construct special dimensioned pallets for certain products to ensure secure and safe shipment of product. Manage finished goods materials to ensure proper tracking of inventory and ease of shipment for scheduled delivery. Follow QMS Standards and Regulations
to ensure shipments are completed in compliance. Operate forklift to load and unload product and materials. Follow all safety procedures to ensure proper safety guidelines are meeting or exceeding expectations.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Previous experience with shipping and receiving required. Previous experience with operating a forklift preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule starting at 9 AM required. Detail oriented, accuracy with work, and organization skills are key to the success of the position. Read and understand electrical schematics and layout drawings Read Bill of Materials and identify all components Use measuring device to lay out cabinet holes, cutouts and back plate components per project design Use drills, taps, punches an saws for mounting and access holes Mount components to panels and enclosures Routing and bundling of wire and cables to meet wiring standards Point to point wiring of relays, power supplies, PLCs and any other instrumentation as required Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions Package, box, and label parts for shipment to customer Qualifications: Interest in learning about electrical control panels and building
