offer competitive wages and a generous benefits package. The package includes health care, vacation, paid holidays, and a 401K. Position Summary: This position is a production " floater" within our Form & Weld department.

This position will need to have the capability of helping out wherever needed within the department and perform various responsibilities as needed. Sets up and operates machine that performs multiple operations such as forming, welding, twisting, and calibrating to form chain metal rod or wire; run proof-tester machine (checking for chain tolerances); and, function as a material handler. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Positions coil of metal wire or rod on

feed spindle and threads it through straightening rolls into feed mechanism.

Starts machine to produce sample product and measures for conformance with specifications. Observes machine operation and continually monitors quality of product to certain specifications. Reads and understands product schedule to insure proper rod or wire are being used for product being run. Maintains machines and work area by keeping both clean. Runs calibrator properly and can identify quality defects in chain. Runs proof-tester to check for chain tolerances. Helps load wire on turntable. Assists Operator with Load Former and loading wire. Checks wire tag to ensure that the new Hi-Hat is correct wire, size, and same heat number.

Reads and understands wire tag and job. Helps keep Operators caught up by calibrating chain and getting cut off wire in proper container. Position Summary: Back-up for Supervisor in his/her absence; as well as assists with day-to-day operations of the Form & Weld Department. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assists supervisor with daily operations within the Form & Weld Department and perform as acting supervisor in the absence

of the supervisor. Assists operators with troubleshooting problems. Able to identify continuous improvement programs related to the department. Learn to read and understand Production Schedule to discern when setups are to be performed.

Learn to read and review Job Travelers to ascertain product data. Develops/revises standard operational and working practices and observes employees for compliance. Assists operators with more in-depth repairs of the equipment. Consults with the supervisor and or shop personnel to determine if a repair requires the maintenance department. Fill in as a Setup operator in the absence of the Setup Person. Duties and Responsibilities in the Absence of the Supervisor:

Reviews and plans for production operations, establishing priorities and sequences.

Reviews, maintains, and verifies employee work schedules and hours worked. Prepares operational schedules and manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications. Reviews production and operating reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum cost and delays. Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Human Resource Manager for action. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data. on a preventative model of physical, nutritional, and mental wellness. SCOPE OF WORK Prenatal: Initiate collaborative partnerships with parents to establish mutual trust and respect. Implement, document and report on the recruitment, selection and enrollment of eligible pregnant women and their families.

Conduct weekly 90 minute home visits with pregnant mothers, infants, and/or children birth-three years old and their families. Directly provide education, coaching and support to pregnant women and their families in the areas of prenatal education, fetal development, nutrition, risks of alcohol, drugs, and smoking, labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, parental depression, infant care,

safe sleep practices and the benefits of breastfeeding. Ensure the strategies, skills, support, and procedures are delivered in accordance with HSPPS, program policies, philosophies, and goals.

Provide appropriate supports and resources for emotional well-being, nurturing, responsive caregiving, and father engagement during pregnancy and early childhood. Collaborate with the pregnant woman and her family to ensure and/or facilitate obtaining an ongoing source of continuous, accessible health care provided by a health care professional and, as appropriate, health insurance coverage. Facilitate access to comprehensive services that include, but are not limited to nutritional counseling,

food assistance, oral health care, mental health/wellness services, substance abuse, prevention and/or treatment, and emergency shelter/housing.

Engage enrolled pregnant women and their families in discussions about program options, plan for the infant's transition to program enrollment, and provide support to the family during the transition process, where appropriate. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate group sessions for pregnant women and their families. Newborn/Infant: Provide a newborn visit within two weeks after the infant's birth to offer support and identify family needs. Directly coach and support the parent in developing skills to have positive, meaningful interactions with their child Facilitate parent/child interactions using evidence-based curriculum to support the infant's development in all educational domains Conduct initial developmental screenings and ensure ongoing developmental and health backssments within 45 days of the infant's birth.

Internal: Establish family goals, establish action steps/plan, and document progress for each child and/or family in meeting the goals contained in their agreement. Complete and monitor all family progress and necessary documentation as required. Maintain timely and accurate data entry and/or documentation Provide resources and referrals as needed for individual families, connecting families in ways that will support their family goals.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of home visits, socialization experiences, and other relevant activities as required by HSPPS. Participate in professional development as required. Perform other duties as assigned External: Recruit throughout the community and host recruitment events. Maintain professional relationship and/or contact with local service providers, organizations and/or agencies who provide resources to families. Maintain confidentiality of family records and/or all program information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS; High school diploma or GED required At least 2 years documented work experience in early childhood development, attachment and/or maternal/infant health required. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Parents as Teachers (PAT) certification or social work, human services, family services, and/or counseling credential preferred. Experience working with low-income families, child care, health or education preferred. OTHER REQUIRED CAPABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS : Ability to problem solve, handle crisis, and work with families and children of various cultures and low-income backgrounds.

Ability to work primarily in the homes with families residing in high-risk communities. Ability to establish positive working relationships with families, agency staff, and community members. Physically able to stand for long periods of time as well as stooping, squatting, running, and lifting an estimated 50 lbs. Experience in providing breastfeeding training for adult learners preferred Must have a valid/active driver's license and will be required to travel in or out of community with own transportation.
