The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services
on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers.
Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Qualifications/Requirements: At least 18 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment
within established guidelines Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Driving Positions : must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.

Monitors laboratory activities and supplies. Attends all company and department required trainings. Laboratory Supervision and scheduling of laboratory personnel. Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
You are best suited for the role if you have. Bachelor's degree in a science-based area of study and a minimum of 3-years of supervisory level experience, leading others, preferred. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices. Possesses a working knowledge of sanitation systems, techniques and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Possesses understanding of the basics of change management. Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation of production equipment to include: Purity filling equipment. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) in detail without deviation. Collect routine product samples and perform routine testing to inspect the cup and seal for leaks, defects to ensure quality specifications are met. Follow all established aseptic controls and procedures. Set-up
and use the appropriate portion control cup and seal materials in accordance with the production run schedule. Set-up coders, validate product codes in accordance with code specifications.
Identify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product conditions. Follow the established notification protocol. Perform routine equipment adjustments per product type. Safe operation of a lift truck. Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents. Perform equipment change-overs, CIP/SIP, clean-up and equipment set-up. Perform environmental controls. Perform product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines. Support internal and external
audits. Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures.
Follow all established GMP's and Food Safety requirements. Cross-train with other departments. Perform good housekeeping within established housekeeping guidelines. Comply with federal, state and local dairy food regulations. Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics, actively apply the Saputo Company Values. Work together with co-workers and other department personnel. Other duties as required by management. You are best suited for the role if you. Job requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of (2)-two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred.
Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required. A working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP, HACCP, SOP,5S, GMP, etc. ). Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain a lift truck certification (Powered Industrial Truck). Strong math skills. Proficient computer skills, software and data entry, SAP a plus. Strong technical skills, ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels and mechanical operations. Successful completion of drug screen and background check.
