is responsible for all personnel functions pertaining to their direct reports. They spend nearly all of their time in the warehouse production areas. Additionally, the Production Supervisor may be required to perform manual tasks such as operating warehouse equipment or handling Hazardous Waste materials.

and benders. Connects pipe pieces and seals joints. Locates existing pipes needing repair or replacement through potholing and/or excavation. Taps and drills holes into pipes to introduce auxiliary line or devices.

Secures pipes to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers. Grouting and clearing manholes. Inspects, examines, and tests installed systems and pipe lines using pressure hydrostatic testing, observation, or other testing methods. Any and all other duties assigned. Checks slopes for conformance to requirements and specifications. Calculating and adjusting grade using a level an a laser. Selects type and size of pipe and related material according to job specifications. Measures and marks pipes to required length for cutting and threading. Cuts, threads, hammers, and welds pipe to specifications using saws, pipe threaders, and benders.

Connects pipe pieces and seals joints. Locates existing pipes needing repair or replacement through potholing and/or excavation. Taps and drills holes into pipes to introduce auxiliary line or devices.

Secures pipes to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers. Grouting and clearing manholes. Inspects, examines, and tests installed systems and pipe lines using pressure hydrostatic testing, observation, or other testing methods. Any and all other duties assigned. Director, Product Stewardship & Compliance - North America Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Biological Science; Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of chemical industry experience with a focus on U. S. chemical regulations, including but not limited to TSCA, PFAS, FIFRA, and FDA, as well as other U. S. centric regulatory requirements governing the manufacture, sale, and use of Olin's products. Strong understanding of U. S. EPA and chemical industry work processes and business strategies. Knowledge and/or experience with Olin operations and customers is preferred.

Highly motivated self-starter, ability to work and lead team with minimal oversight. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field.
