How You'll Make a Difference Under general supervision, the Member Services Project Specialist is responsible for working closely with Member Services Leaders on assigned initiatives that will lead to superior project management, workforce administration and documentation. Has a working knowledge of the business capabilities and processes for member services, claims processing, enrollment, and billing, and operations training and quality departments.
