Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Strategy and Planning : Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the successful launch and ongoing optimization of e-commerce websites across multiple brands. Maintain a content calendar that supports e-commerce strategies on various formats (e. g. emails, landing pages, blog posts, etc. ) Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers while fostering loyalty and retention. Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. E-commerce Operations: Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including customer service. Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience
for customers. Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and advertising spend.
