Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will manage social media, design marketing materials for print, oversee website management, create compelling flyers, and produce/edit captivating visual content.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Create, design, and produce marketing collateral for print, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics. - Manage and update company website content, ensuring it remains current and reflects the company's image and offerings.
- Generate eye-catching flyers and promotional materials for various marketing campaigns. - Capture, edit, and release high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes.
- Analyze and report on key metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across all platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Graphic Design, or related field. - Proven experience in managing social media platforms and utilizing analytics tools to drive engagement and growth. - Proficiency in Adobe
Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc. ) for graphic design and content creation.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with an eye for detail and design aesthetics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in a similar role within the drilling or related industry is a plus.
