Manage and schedule ambassadors for Grey Eagle, external agency and the BET team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Special Events - assist with special events in Grey Eagle territory which includes communication, order entry, sales forecasting, and POCM requirements.

Assist in managing all Grey Eagle sponsored social media sites including Twitter, Facebook and the Grey Eagle website. Grey Eagle & Guns N Hoses Website - update graphics/logos and create relevant content. Hire, train and manage sampling team, both agency and personnel associated with sampling. Hospitality Coordinator - manage all aspects of Grey Eagle Hospitality Room i. e. Scheduling, room setup, food/beverage. Other

Duties/projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, Anheuser-Busch and Grey Eagle standards and policies. Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Five years of sales and/or marketing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in social media platforms. (FB, Insta, Twitter) Strong knowledge base/training across entire portfolio. Strong connections/contacts in the marketplace. Self-motivated and results oriented, entrepreneurial approach to business. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power

Point). Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Excellent internal and external customer orientation. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Knowledge of local, state and federal liquor laws.
