ESSENTIAL DUTIES: WORK DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Manage s and implements an effective grant management program; including research ing new funding sources , grant writing , follow - up reports , compliance, maintaining detailed records, and monitoring grant expenditures Administer donor database, ensuring accuracy , and full utilization of the program M onitor fund development plans and strategies to enhance cultivation, solicitation, stewardship of donors , and data tracking in congruence with Development
Director Plan for and manage third party fundraising program, tax credit program, and monthly giving program in partnership with Development Director Identify, c ultivate, and solicit annual, major and planned gifts from individual, cor porate, and foundation sources Establish strong relationships with staff, board, community volunteers, media contacts, and community leaders to ensure strong advocacy and fundraising success Contribute to all external c ommunications includin g the annual report, marketing materials and electronic communications Support large and small fundraising events such as banquets, galas, luncheons, com munity and donor events , and any other forums as needed by Development
Director Adheres to professional, fundraising ethics of the Association of Fundraising Professionals QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, writing or equivalent is preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in grant writing and development preferred Excellent time management and verbal, analytical and written communication skills Knowledge of don or database systems is required WORKING CONDITIONS: Required in state and out of state travel (air and automobil e) approximately 10% Work on a computer for long periods of time (up to four hours) Sit or stand for long periods of time (up to four hours) Weekend and evening meetings and events required May be required to care and l ift children weighi ng up to 5 0 pounds when performing duties at the house and in emergency situations.

This person will also be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all potential customers and fans throughout the entire calendar year. This position reports directly to the Ticket Sales Manager and is responsible for managing existing accounts and building new business through, but not limited to, sale of group tickets, season tickets, and mini-plans.
This position has a flexible schedule and must have nights, weekends, and holidays availability. level and/or minor/major league level 1-2+ years of experience in sales; preferably ticket sales 1-2+ years of experience in customer service 1-2+ years of experience in corporate sales & marketing Education and Experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field; or a combination of experience and education 3+ years of experience in sports industry at college level and/or minor/major league level.
