Responsibilities Job Purpose The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and organization of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, drinkware, and any other item(s) required to be cleaned within the venue.

This is completed through a knowledge and application of safety and sanitation principles, and an awareness of venue need. In addition, the Dishwasher is expected to identify opportunities to assist other staff by actively seeking out dirty, used or soiled items ready for cleaning. This may be at other stations within the kitchen, or elsewhere in the venue. Responsibilities Work
