Assist in analyzing marketing data, especially psychographics and behavior trends, to understand Marketing's impact on member engagement and to help shape future marketing strategies. Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing through appropriate channels. Identify and create audience

personas for campaign and marketing communication segmentation.

Document processes, procedures, and workflows, and give input on streamlining for greater efficiencies. Gain a thorough understanding of State ECU products, standards, and differentiators to become an essential partner in strategic marketing and communications development. Undertake, complete, and expertly perform individual tasks as assigned. Work with autonomy and take initiative in performing individual tasks, both as assigned and as needed based on department projects, assignments, and day-to-day operations. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, in addition to three plus years of progressive experience.

Experience in financial services is preferred but not required. QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrate ability to use marketing data analytics and tools to drive business outcomes. Advanced critical thinker and problem-solver while handling assignments of varying complexity. Strong project management, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communicator, in addition to strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team environment and is a strong collaborator.

Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing trends and channels. Strong market researcher with the ability to understand and dissect data. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and various related digital marketing tools. Experienced in product launches or integrated marketing campaigns. Experienced in planning and leading marketing initiatives. Experienced in project coordination and management. Job Related Travel - As required.
