Primary Responsibilities Work closely with the Marketing team to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaign plans and content to attract and engage potential candidates Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure recruiting assets are updated regularly Maintain a thorough understanding of recruiting marketing best practices and candidate experience and keep the marketing team up-to-date on the latest trends Oversee updates to the Company’s career site and suggest improvements for engaging with potential candidates Develop and maintain a recruiting marketing tool kit with assets to support hiring activities including social media, print ads, radio spots,

video testimonials, postcards, etc.

Create content to support existing recruiting and employer branding Prepare weekly recruiting marketing reports to monitor campaign results Work closely with the marketing analytics team to track all campaign tactics and provide recommendations for improvements Produce and distribute weekly candidate lead reports and monitor chat transcripts from career site Perform ongoing research about new tactics and technologies to promote the Company’s career opportunities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field is required.

Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related

experience along with a high school diploma or GED 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or recruiting is required.

Primary Responsibilities Write, edit and repurpose content to produce search optimized content for virtually any marketing project including domestic and international brochures, customer case studies, product collateral, byline articles, , branch web sites, intranet, email campaigns and various other Marketing and media relations.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing Project Specialists, and diverse internal and external teams in the content development process. Collaborate with teams to determine copy direction of marketing and advertising programs. In conjunction with other content development personnel, develop and utilize a content management database to efficiently generate content

with consistent voice and tone. Obtain leads, work directly or through other designated resources to pursue leads and secure customer commitment for customer results projects.

Conduct interviews, develop customer results story content, video scripts and content to support the project. Work with Project Specialists to coordinate supporting project resources, obtain appropriate approvals and launch to the sales organization and on. Create and distribute monthly status reports to marketing and sales management as appropriate. Produce content for and maintain the Crown Blog, creating an annual content calendar to support the posting schedule. Provide recommendations for integration of blog

content with and other marketing campaigns and programs. Proofread and edit content produced by the Marketing Departments, including collateral, publications, letters, web copy and various product marketing projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Writing, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field, along with 2-4 years of prior experience developing content for media, marketing or public relations. Good verbal and written communication skills are required and knowledge of AP Style preferred. Must be able to conduct research, interpret source material, write for diverse audiences and communicate concisely on technical as well as promotional subject matter.

An understanding of interactive marketing, paid and organic search and search engine marketing is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills are a plus. Direct personal contact with internal and external sources, including marketing and media agencies, is preferred. Writing samples are requested. JOB SUMMARY Based in the Republic of Ireland, the Marketing Communications Officer will work within the Ireland Country Marketing team to deliver the activation of both Marketing and Communications plans on the ground in Ireland. There will be a key focus on leading the local tactical activity with shopping centre contacts to seize opportunities that will strengthen TK Maxx and Homesense stores footfall

and brand awareness. This is an exciting and dynamic role focused on the delivery of brilliant on-brand communication and marketing activity at a local level, to support achievement of annual store sales and business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Coordinate the execution of TK Maxx and Homesense Brand and Tactical campaign s , as well as new store openings and local event activation s to increase store Footfall and brand awareness; Actively seek additional local marketing and communication opportunities with local centre contacts , including the opportunity of tapping into existing campaigns or developing bespoke campaigns , through to delivery and implementation; Build relationships with

store management teams, local centre contacts & marketing teams to identify need and activate plans, through regular in-person meetings and phone calls in order to most efficiently execute campaigns; Act as a liaison and key point of contact ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.

Support the delivery of brand communication plans (which cover Consumer PR, Reputation, Social Media Community Management and CSR) with local centre contacts; Monitor and measure the marketing and communications activities (Country and/or Brand) activated through local centre assets; Ensure that activities and results are included in reports circulated to brand and marketing teams; Support across ad hoc reporting across business projects; Build relationships with and seek guidance and governance from multiple departments within the Marketing hub team (media & digital, CSR , social media, public relations, gift cards, loyalty, creative, production and consumer insight) to build knowledge used to deliver robust and integrated activities.

Support the implementation of our digital marketing programme and owned channels including liaising with internal and external partners to execute a monthly email programme, seasonal web refreshes and tactical initiatives. Attend and participate in agency meetings and provide support with campaign briefing / brief writing where necessary.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Key skills, knowledge and experience Fluent in English – proven excellent writing and presenting skills. Excellent organisation skills and a results focus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel nationwide across Ireland, with some ad hoc travel to Europe. Experience working in retail, with a true passion for retail. Budget and project management, with stakeholder coordination skills and experience. Energetic and solutions oriented with a flexible and optimistic outlook.
