an exciting time here at Wilmington College. Wilmington College seeking dynamic candidates for the position of Web and Digital Marketing Specialist on our main campus in Wilmington, Ohio. This is a full time, exempt level position reporting to the Sr. Director of Public Relations.

The Web and Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the College's marketing team and is under the umbrella of the Enrollment Management area. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining a dynamic College website. The position blends the creative with the technical in expanding the College's Web presence and e-technology applications. Responsibilities include: Work closely with the Associate Director

of Marketing and Admissions Operations and Sr. Director of Public Relations in managing the College's use of the website, social media and other technology-based communication and marketing tools Maintain the website in a manner consistent with the College's marketing strategies Serve as content manager for the College's website, and generate and implement ideas for expanding and enhancing WC's Web presence Troubleshoot for any technical problems with the website and serve as liaison with the company that produced the website Work with campus personnel to facilitate regularly updated and expanded content on the website.

Keep the site fresh and appealing to new generations of constituents

Supervise the gathering of content information from specific academic areas, student organizations and other College entities that would enhance the comprehensive nature and effectiveness of the website Research and prepare content for the Website and optimize that content for search engines Maintain user-friendly navigation within the site and define clear end user paths Research and integrate cutting edge concepts of interactivity, video, animation and graphics for use on the website Work closely with Sports Information/Athletic Communication, which uses an alternative website (Presto Sports) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in with an emphasis on digital marketing, communication arts or a related field Solid background in Web development and e-communications techniques and practices Strong communication skills Superior knowledge of Web " best practices" Expertise in video production and drone photography a plus An ability to blend creative acuity with the technical knowledge Familiarity and comfort in a highly collaborative work environment Strong customer service orientation To apply, submit a letter of interest, current resume and the names and contact information of at least three professional references.
