fries. Job Description Summary This position requires constant monitoring of fluid levels and temperatures in blanchers, dryers, and fryers. It also requires monitoring of equipment to assure proper product and fluid flows throughout process and equipment.

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): Maintains safe work practices at all times and participates in safety programs. Must be familiar with all safety rules and practices to avoid any possible fire hazards and to ensure safety of employees in their work areas. Monitors equipment operations and changes process settings as required. Monitors and fills SAPP, sugar and

salt mix tanks as required. Monitors filtering of oil systems. Monitors and makes necessary changes to additive levels.

Performs titrations for free fatty acids test of the oil. Able to use the TESTO to measure and record Total Polar Compounds of the Fryer Oil. Performs fry-ups to monitor product color. Checks product at exit of blancher, dryer, and fryer to ensure adequate process standards. Communicates problems and breaks in the line to appropriate personnel. Maintains expected level of sanitation in work area. Monitors batter levels and viscosity as instructed. Starts and stops equipment as required. Maintains oil level in fryer makeup tanks as required.

Fills out paperwork as required. Must have a good understanding of chemicals and the hazards associated with the processing area. Cleans under and around fryer, de-oiler and precool area. Empties fines buckets as required. Performs boilouts on fryer as required. Performs assigned duties during cut changes and defrost as required. Changes paper filter when necessary. Changes fryer oil as instructed Able to wear Fryer safety suit for 15 to 20min intervals Basic & Preferred Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Job Description Summary The Co-Product Technician role will be able to safely and efficiently operate and adjust all equipment in multiple processing and packaging area's; monitor product quality, line flow rates and waste streams; actively identify and solve problems which affect safety, quality and production costs; make line changes to improve processes based off of our Core 4 working with Production Leads, Team Leaders and Line Structure Teams.

The Co-Product Technician will be willing and able to seamlessly change positions between current qualified jobs to meet plant needs on their respective shift to help reach Hermiston's CBN goals. Job Description Operates cohesively

with all Co-Product team members in management of the Co-Product processing and packaging areas; Including but not limited to all job functions from the L3/4 even flows through Co-Product rapistan.

Performs all Daily Management System standards per schedule to include CILs, FSILs, CLs, and Defect Handling. Conducts proper checks per procedure and by request of Production Lead, Team Leader Production, Team Leader Quality, Team Leader Area Production, and Line Structure Team. Owns daily sanitation of the line, including line break sanitation processes, general housekeeping and maintaining a food safe work environment. Performs End of Cycle Sanitation activities for both processing and packaging.

Utilizes root cause analysis using IPS and UPS tools and participates in these events on their line. Engages in scheduled pillar activities to help drive out our top losses and drive to meet the goals set out in our site. Conducts Peer to Peer handoff with top losses and unresolved issues that will affect area to ensure success of the line both on and off shift. Actively participates in Lamb Weston Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice programs. Basic & Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, or related field, preferred.

Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (both written and oral). Qualification in L2/3 Formed Product, L2/3 Co-Product Packaging positions, and Sanitation, required. Training will be provided. Qualification in Lock Out Tag Out on L2/3 equipment, required. Training will be provided. Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (both written and oral). Functions well in team environment. Demonstrates capable troubleshooting skills. Capable of thinking critically. Basic understanding/ Proficiency in PC skills; Windows, Word, and Excel.
