Location: Baker City, OR
Nurse Educator Specialist you would be responsible for backssing, developing, conducting and evaluating educational programs and activities for Patient Care Services. You would also participate in nursing research projects, evidence-based practice (EBP) projects, administrative functions, community education and health promotion activities.
All while maintaining relationships with unit managers and providing direction and guidance to other education staff. This position will be responsible for the orientation of new graduate nurses, focusing on policy and process implementation as well as backssment and documentation proficiency, admission and discharge, time management, and skills proficiency.
Medical Surgical highly recommended. Three years of direct patient care experience in the role of a registered nurse required. Experience in nursing education desirable.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required. Certification in a clinical area or in Staff Development desirable. Maintain and develop the company website and brand representation. Develop and maintain a web site SEO and Inbound marketing generation program. Develop and maintain a social media strategy. Rollout new products and services to the market and to existing clients.
Develop product marketing materials and release campaigns. Develop newsletter and product announcements Coordinate advertising for web, print, e-mail, phone and direct mail. Coordinate trade shows and events. Maintain the CRM application with updated client and prospect information obtained from trade shows, purchased list, etc. Automate sales campaign reporting and notification to the sales team. Work with various third party
partners and services in coordinating lead distribution to sales. Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
Coordinating webinars and other events. Perform various related duties as assigned by the company President.
