This position will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific product category across a designated region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand and effectively communicate Ore Pac’s value proposition to our valued customers. Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned product category, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market share goals. Mature the region’s understanding of customer needs within the category, identifying opportunities for product improvements or new offerings.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute plans that drive product penetration and customer acquisition within the assigned category. Provide the General Manager(s) and category Director with a comprehensive quarterly regional demand forecast. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and training sessions to promote product knowledge and usage. Lead the implementation of an education series aimed at elevating the category knowledge for the broader sales group in the region.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Work closely with Regional Category Buyers, branch Product Managers, and/or Buyers to review inventory levels and product quality standards. Lead the regional pricing strategy for the segment through a monthly pricing review process.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management. Attend assigned supply chain-related conference calls held throughout the month and provide a detailed summary to the branch leadership and sales teams. Develop customer partnership strategies and review them quarterly. Implement various programs to target and grow incremental business. Provide strategic customer engagement and planning, including product knowledge training, facility tours, roadshows, and events. REQUIRED SKILLS: Ability to travel 2-3 days per week throughout the local market area.

Strong ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet multiple deadlines. Strong business acumen in regard to sales and knowledgeable about current and possible future industry trends. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats. Ability to analyze a problem and provide potential solutions to resolve problems. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.

Ability to perform as a team player and interact with all levels of management and support personnel. Proven proficiency in the use of a personal computer accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applications. Excellent communication skills and comfortability speaking in front of groups of people consisting of employees, customers, and/or members of leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, One Note, Word, and Excel). Results-oriented and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience using lead tracking services and customer relationship management software such as (preferred). REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 5-7 years of experience in a sales-focused, supply chain, or related position working with product line oversight and inventory planning and control in a distribution environment. Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regularly required to see, talk, and hear.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and peripheral vision. Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in a professional office environment and onsite in the construction field. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. The work environment is generally quiet but can be loud when in the construction field. DRESS CODE: All employees are expected to wear clothing appropriate for the nature of Ore Pac business and the type of work being performed.

Clothing should be neat, clean, and tasteful. SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Report all incidents and accidents to one’s immediate supervisor within 24 hours. fries. Job Description Summary This position requires constant monitoring of fluid levels and temperatures in blanchers, dryers, and fryers. It also requires monitoring of equipment to assure proper product and fluid flows throughout process and equipment.

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): Maintains safe work practices at all times and participates in safety programs. Must be familiar with all safety rules and practices to avoid any possible fire hazards and to ensure safety of employees in their work areas. Monitors equipment operations and changes process settings as required. Monitors and fills SAPP, sugar and

salt mix tanks as required. Monitors filtering of oil systems. Monitors and makes necessary changes to additive levels.

Performs titrations for free fatty acids test of the oil. Able to use the TESTO to measure and record Total Polar Compounds of the Fryer Oil. Performs fry-ups to monitor product color. Checks product at exit of blancher, dryer, and fryer to ensure adequate process standards. Communicates problems and breaks in the line to appropriate personnel. Maintains expected level of sanitation in work area. Monitors batter levels and viscosity as instructed. Starts and stops equipment as required. Maintains oil level in fryer makeup tanks as required.

Fills out paperwork as required. Must have a good understanding of chemicals and the hazards associated with the processing area. Cleans under and around fryer, de-oiler and precool area. Empties fines buckets as required. Performs boilouts on fryer as required. Performs assigned duties during cut changes and defrost as required. Changes paper filter when necessary. Changes fryer oil as instructed Able to wear Fryer safety suit for 15 to 20min intervals Basic & Preferred Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
