in Aging Services! We are now seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team! This is a broad-scoped caregiver position. The Resident Assistant II has full responsibility for direct resident care.
This includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance and/or medication administration as allowed by state statute. Provides orientation/support to new resident assistants. May act as shift lead as established by community standard. Successful candidate will have 1 year experience as a caregiver. Must have completed, or be enrolled in, specific medication training required by state statute. Completed other state-required education

What you'll do: Responsible for the coordination and delivery of personal care services provided by the staff to our residents. Provide necessary information to direct care staff to promote safe and high quality care. Create overall staffing schedules, provide guidelines for staffing and design strategies
for staffing changes and overtime management. Assist the Health and Wellness Director/Manager as needed.
What you'll bring: Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to be creative and flexible in executing multi-faceted problem solving. Experience in Assisted Living strongly preferred. Ability to demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience is required. Maintain and develop the company website and brand representation. Develop and maintain a web site SEO and Inbound marketing generation program. Develop and maintain a social media strategy. Rollout new products and services to the market and to existing clients.
Develop product marketing materials and release campaigns. Develop newsletter and product announcements Coordinate advertising for web, print, e-mail, phone and direct mail. Coordinate trade shows and events. Maintain the CRM application with updated client and prospect information obtained from trade shows, purchased list, etc. Automate sales campaign reporting and notification to the sales team. Work with various third party
partners and services in coordinating lead distribution to sales. Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
Coordinating webinars and other events. Perform various related duties as assigned by the company President.
