Facilitation of Learning: Monitors the learning needs of staff and patients/families and assists in the design, implementation and evaluation of educational activities to enhance their knowledge and skills. Facilitates the development of clinical and leadership expertise in staff through role modeling, teaching and coaching/mentoring.
