ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCleans debris from dirty dishes, uses proper equipment including a dishwashing machine to wash, sanitize, and dry plates, glassware, flatware, dishes, pots, pans, etc.
Uses cleaning chemicals as directed and follows company procedures as directed. Returns all clean kitchen utensils and equipment to proper storage location. Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Performs all duties on position checklist. Segregates and removes trash and garbage, and places in designated containers.
Takes out trash and recycling. Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area. Sweeps and mops floors. Complies with local, state, and national regulations pertaining to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
Completes all other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Availability to work nights and weekends as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to position self to move about. The employee frequently is required to operate and use dishwashing station tools, equipment, and chemicals; and communicate with employees and management. Responsibilities also include: Make ready and operate equipment based on the written instructions provided. Establish and maintain color and/or fold and mechanical quality to BPC standards.

Bindery equipment to include - Saddle Stitchers – Muller Martini, Muller Martini Tempo, Muller Martini Tempo 2200, and Goss Harris 855’s. Goss Perfect Binders. Sitma Poly Wrappers. Offline equipment including I nserters, Folders, Rotary Trimmers, and Flat Cutters. Please note, we will consider applicants that have a history of operating other types of related print equipment. 2-3 years of previous Print Operator experience, including setup and operation Strong mechanical aptitude is required. Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed to run product for the highest quality in the safest manner.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Must have the ability to utilize a computer to ensure the quality of the product. Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand long hours (12-hour shift), use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions and use vision to identify defects. Quad is seeking a Night Shift Perfect Binder Platform Leader for the Hartford, WI plant. The leader will be responsible for overseeing the productivity within a shift, working with the operators to ensure production goals are met, building bench strength by fostering and mentoring employee relationships to build a strong, cohesive team, maintaining or improving quality, and ensuring their safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate
production startups, ensuring all materials necessary to begin production are available. Train and coach production line employees. Improve productivity, assisting operators with the troubleshooting of any problems that arise.
Audit Book checks and quality devices. Meet with the Production Support team to coordinate maintenance needs on the machines on their shift. Manage/Support production line operation by plant policies and procedures. Ensure a clean and safe work area. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). Communicate with Shift Supervisors, Department Managers, and other leaders in other departments. Assist in production as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and computers. Ability to lift to 70 pounds required.
