QTC is seeking qualified candidates for Medical Customer Service Agent opportunities on our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3). These Agents will serve as the face of the organization through direct interactions with military service members, delivering exceptional customer service at all touch points.

RHRP-3 provides health readiness support services, such as mental health backssments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments

In this rewarding role, you will: Provide high-touch and outstanding service to military service members Download and screen military medical forms and records for accuracy and thoroughness Review these medical records and determine the necessary/required medical, dental, and behavioral health services needed Schedule service members individual, in-clinic, group, and/or

Certification must be current and remain valid throughout employment. West, San Antonio, TX 78228 Initial training will be Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm - Employee will move to assigned shift after initial training Shifts: shift availability will be discussed at time of interview Shift 1: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Shift 3: Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm Shift 4: Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 7:30pm 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri: 1:30pm - 10:00pm (Extra $1.00/hr. for hours worked during this shift) Pay and Benefits: Level 1: $17.00 per hour Level 2: $21.00 per hour Level 3: $25.00 per hour The QTC Management pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Data Center Customer Operations Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Equinix data centers and will serve as a point of contact for customers. This role will involve performing preventative maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the uptime of all critical systems. Responsibilities: Maintains datacenter infrastructure systems in a mission-critical, high-risk, and high-reliability environment.

Operates, maintains, and repairs multiple critical and non-critical facility components, including HVAC (heating, cooling, and ventilation) systems, plumbing, fire control and suppression, roofing systems and exterior grounds. Has proficient understanding of critical facility components that may be impacted by failures or malfunctions of infrastructure systems. Evaluates facility standards and practices to ensure efficient operations for maintaining and monitoring facilities systems. Participates in the planning and installing of new facility systems. Responsibilities in facility and infrastructure maintenance include performing preventative and corrective maintenance checks on-site to facility components, repairs, maintenance, installations and on-site inspections to facility systems. Support energy efficiency measures. Monitor and resolve Building Monitoring System (BMS) alarm issues. Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems.
