Continuously pulls, pushes, and tugs materials, equivalent to 10- to 24-pounds lift, and staples into place. Requires fine motor skills to use crochet hook to pick up pre-tied loops. Inspects all upholstered parts for fabric flaws, weave alignment, seam position, proper alignment of glued subassembly, and correct contours and fabric shade, ensuring Haworth quality specifications are met. Follows all safety requirements and communicates any safety concerns.

Maintains safety and cleanliness of work area by performing various housekeeping duties, including work center preventive maintenance. Frequently loads, unloads, and/or positions materials/parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally more (assistance given with heavier objects by work partner[s]), requiring bending, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing, and/or twisting. Completes appropriate paperwork. Flexes work schedule as business demands; may work more than eight hours per day and/or forty hours per week, including weekends and/or holidays.
