Performs failure evaluation, repairs and rework on product assemblies, subassemblies and components in accordance with standard procedures to meet specifications and tolerances. Mechanical assembly parts, subassembly tolerances and stack-up builds; Prep and insert electronic components onto circuit boards, hand solder component, pott components and touch-up or rework circuit boards. Conducts tests and records data to assist with Engineering for new products. Conducts Environmental Stress Screening Equipment (ESS): Vibe Table, thermal cycle, etc.

Performs troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on production and testing equipment. Provides training to other Manufacturing Technicians.
