Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem
solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Apply secure configurations to hardware and software following industry standards. Assist with the maintenance of security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including intrusion detection systems, Network Access Control, Antivirus, Web Application Firewall and SIEM, Identity and Access Management.
Keep current with emerging security issues trends and tools. Assist with Security Awareness activities including internal phishing campaigns. Assist with vulnerability management program including internal and external penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
