Curriculum designers create, manage,

and maintain training products that will be delivered to customers in support of mission operations. As a curriculum designer, the selected candidate will be required to design and develop training material to support automated scenarios, mission exercises and certification check rides for the customer and internal operations personnel.

Other responsibilities include working with the Mission/Systems Leads to identify training needs and develop training plans and curriculum such as reference guides and evaluation tools. The Curriculum Designer(s)/Trainers will also work with mission operations personnel to ensure training curriculum and scenarios accurately represent current operational

documentation used during on-orbit checkout and commissioning of satellites as well as during execution of primary mission(s).

Product deliveries include: Lesson Plans, Power Point Presentations, Training Videos, Hands-on Training Scenarios, Test/Quizzes, Student Guides, Training Plans, and other training material as necessary to support contractual training requirements. Must work collaboratively in a team environment across engineering disciplines to accomplish mission goals. Must excel in a fast-paced mission focused environment. Must be able to meet rapid development timelines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: Performs all testing procedures in the echocardiography, which include diagnostic m-mode, two-dimensional, spectral Doppler and color Doppler. Performs diagnostic exercise/pharmacological stress echocardiograms. In doing so, produces accurate clinical information for used by the cardiologist for the diagnosis of cardiac medical disorders. Responsible for responding to Code 99s as required. Troubleshoots technical methods of echocardiography as necessary. Ensures a safe testing environment in all daily operations.

Demonstrates ability to retrieve and send data utilizing the clinical and financial information systems. Understands physician orders and appropriate documentation. Ensures adequate documentation in the medical record, test report and in the department logbooks according to department policy and procedures. Communicates, orally and in writing, effectively to promote teamwork and team problem solving efforts. Adapts to and works effectively in a variety of situations and settings, for example, special precautions disabled and dialysis patients. Provides appropriately explanation of prep for testing procedures, and demonstrates the ability to schedule all types of echo tests in both Burlington and Peabody.

Complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, the policies and procedures of Lahey Clinic and the standards of any relevant accrediting organizations; participates actively in and abides by the requirements and adheres to the standards of Lahey Clinic’s compliance program. Incorporates Lahey Clinic Guiding Principles , Mission Statement and Goals into daily activities. Complies with all Lahey Clinic Policies. The goals of the grant are to facilitate increased transfers, support on-time graduation, and develop articulation agreements between Arapahoe Community College (ACC) and CSU Pueblo. This may include working with high school students who have community college transfer credit. Description of Job The Transfer Advisor will be responsible for orienting, advising, and retaining students for all departments represented

at CSU Pueblo in Colorado Springs. The advisor will also engage in outreach to transfer students within the El Paso County, and other satellite campuses, including but not limited to ACC Sturm, TSC and SPUR.

The Satellite Campus have different hours of operation, and may require this position to work an adjusted day or hourly schedule to accommodate our student population. Primary Duties: Case Management Advise, register, monitor, and maintain a caseload of continuing, and transfer students for all programs located at CSU Pueblo at Colorado Springs. Help students in one-on-one meetings to select and register for classes. Assist students in connecting with other departments on campus including

the academic department of their major Create and present workshops on university policies, degree audits and course registration.

Work with new transfer students to ensure a smooth transition to CSU Pueblo at Colorado Springs. Meet individually and in groups with students to develop structured Student Success Plans and DARS reports. Track student academic progress.
