Summary of Primary Functions: This position is responsible for managing all whole goods equipment and attachments for Dobbs Equipment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Oversee all new machine and attachment ordering, according to required specifications Ensure attachment stocking levels are accurate and maintained Responsible for accurate daily inventory reporting Oversee and maintain accurate and timely on hold process Oversee all equipment and attachment inventory audits Ensure
proper rental check IN/OUT procedures are being followed at the branch level Review rental, demo, loaner and hold requests for equipment as needed to facilitate the best use of company inventory/rental fleet equipment Oversight of transport costs and coordination of equipment as needed Assists with billing responsibilities as needed.
Manage to aged inventory metrics by category Identify and accelerates the sale of aged inventory Oversee machine and attachment depreciation. Prepares daily queries and financial reports Assists the VP Sales Operations in specified duties in their absence. Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required. Management experience Industry experience Inventory/Rental/Sales experience Customer Service experience Education, Skill, and/or Experience Requirements: High School diploma with previous experience in rental fleet management or related experience required.
College degree is preferred. Management, organization and communication skills must be highly developed. The abilities to multi-task and prioritize are paramount. Computer skills need to be broad based. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools a must. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and statistics. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alters team of potential risk. Generates progress reports on schedule
status and keeps records of completed orders. Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as ordering damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation.
Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications. Responsibilities Moves material on a regular schedule throughout the site. Responsible for WIP tracking accuracy, audits, and reconciliation. Supports Part Replacement Requests and Demands with direct delivery to requestor or work order. Locates & and works across all programs to ensure aged WIP 60 days or less. Check shortage racks daily, ensure material issuance and delivery to requestor or kit & WIP track to the
appropriate location. Weekly Z-Cell cycle counts and reconciliation.
Responsible for moving tools/equipment for calibration to metrology. Provide support to the EHS team with shop floor red bins and expired materials. Responsible for a weekly update of Humidity and Temp Control Charts on the Manufacturing floor Responsible for stocking adhesives in CR Freezers 6s Audits Basic Qualifications US citizenship High School Diploma or equivalent 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Previous expeditor or stockroom experience Strong prioritization and communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point) Attention to Detail Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations.
Preferred Qualifications Experience using SAP. Knowledge of MPLM MANUMS Salary Range: $38,600 - $64,300The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
