Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a high school

) Technical understanding and skills in power system electrical theory. Experience working with medium voltage power and industrial power equipment. Electrical and mechanical abilities to plan, design, and implement power system and equipment installations, operation, and maintenance.
