Key Responsibilities: Event Planning: Collaborate with our urgent care clients to understand their objectives, conceptualize event ideas, and develop comprehensive event plans for sponsorships, charities, in house events, expos, trade shows, and local neighborhood activations.

Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting client expectations. Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage various vendors, including

event swag suppliers, healthcare experts, and event venues. Logistics: Oversee logistical details such as venue selection, healthcare equipment arrangements, guest accommodations, transportation, and security.

Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed event timelines to ensure all activities are executed on schedule. On-Site Management: Lead on-site event coordination, troubleshooting any issues that may arise to ensure a smooth event flow. Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, updating them on event progress and addressing their concerns. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as marketing,

design, and healthcare compliance, to ensure seamless execution of events.

Post-Event Evaluation/Reporting: Conduct post-event backssments to gather feedback and insights for ROI and future improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the healthcare or urgent care sector. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in event planning Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Identify best practices that assist customers in reducing waste volumes, increasing operational efficiencies, identifying optimal equipment usage and generating cost savings. Segregate, label, mark and package waste materials in a safe and compliant manner. Collect, pour,

transfer, consolidate, repackage and package solid, liquid & sludge material. Perform labor intensive activities such as container or drum collection, drum bulking, sorting trash for recyclables, and loading of trucks.

Transfer waste into containers of different size. Provide labor support at 90 Day Hazardous Waste Pad, when applicable. May provide support or direction to less experienced Technicians. Wears required personal protective equipment. Participates and cooperates in safety process, including following written procedures, attending required training and scheduled meetings. Immediately reports any unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries or property damage to supervisor. Follows

Environmental and Quality Management System (ISO 14001/9001) policy, procedures, and operational controls related to job responsibilities.
