Must have a High School diploma or GED 2. Must be at least 21 years of age and legally possess a firearm. 3. Can operate a firearm, pass firearms qualification courses and can receive appropriate licensures (TX DPS Level III) 4. Maintain professionalism and ability to wear a uniform neatly and correctly 5.
