What you will be doing: The Clinical Laboratory QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst is a supportive role within the QA department that assists with planning, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS). The Lab QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the laboratory meets quality and productivity standards and complies with all regulatory and safety standards as defined by CAP, JCAHO, CLIA and OSHA.

Our ideal candidate has: Education: Bachelors Degree, required Skills/Competencies: Ability to create and present presentations to small and large groups Ability to create and work with statistical data Moderate to advanced skill level in Microsoft

Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. ) and Adobe Acrobat Ability to quickly learn proprietary software programs (e. g. LIS, Media Lab, Asana, etc.

). Tableau is a plus! Ability to travel Experience: 2 years prior clinical laboratory experience. If you are coming from a lab technician or lab assistant background and are interested in Quality Assurance, we'd love to consider your application! Experience in infectious disease PCR testing is a must! Experience with Quant Studio 12K and 5 /Open Array/etc. Open Array for Infectious Disease is a plus!
