Measure, prevent, react, and enforce processes, policies, and procedures with the suppliers and their assigned SQEs, providing near real time data around supplier receiving defects

and the corresponding corrective actions. Provide clear data and direction for all service parts suppliers relative to quality and processing aspects of their delivery, using data and metrics to track and improve top problematic suppliers.

From the customer facing side of the operation, you are responsible for improving the customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of field quality issues, packaging issues, NPI and product line Service Execution Leader (SEL) escalated issues. Responsible for all commodities, product lines, and suppliers for JEF and RVR service parts warehouses Protect running production by identifying good vs.

bad and driving immediate containment of nonconforming or suspect material Reduce recurrences by auditing incoming shipments and use of the SCAR system. Engage in and manage projects to drive improvement within the supplier's processes Decrease supplier's PPM Track supplier's processes to reduce control plan violations Implement standardized project management for sort/rework with Stratosphere Quality at warehouses Work with SQE, Technology, and Buyers to help contain obsolete product when superseded Measure parts and compare to drawings to determine specifications and whether the parts meet the spec Pull CAD files for scan lab measurements and empis specs for AP35 lab testing Create billback communications to retrieve money lost due to supplier issues Standardize quality process flow to maintain systematic organization and separate quality issues caused by the supplier vs quality issues caused by the warehouse Improve response timing and resolution of reported incidents quickly and efficiently Work with suppliers and materials to improve pack plans and supplier shipping processes to reduce receiving discrepancies Establish quality nonconformance area at RVR and train quality personnel to help increase their knowledge of basic quality Respond to customer service inquiries and resolve issues quickly to avoid concessions What You'll Bring to Our Team Minimum Qualifications: Engineering or Technical degree (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or equivalent technical experience Five (5) years of Supply Chain, Quality, and/or Technical experience in a manufacturing environment Strong background in applying statistical tools for process and product development and control (i.

e. Gage R&R, Process Capability, Control Plans, SPC, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Design of Experiments (DOEs)).

Skilled and experienced with reading and understanding prints, dimensions, and tolerances. Basic understanding of GD&T. Experienced with problem-solving tools and techniques (i. e. 8-D, 5 Whys, 7 Ways, DOE, e CAR, Fishbone, Pareto, Six Sigma, First Piece, PPAP). Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated leadership to influence and drive change within a highly matrixed organization.

collaboration with various stakeholders to implement and maintain quality systems, improve manufacturing processes, and achieve financial targets. Position Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities Partner with Business Operations and Manufacturing Engineering Leaders to cultivate a culture that upholds and sustains product quality through disciplined systems (Training and Certification, QMS, TPM, PM, Calibration, ESD, Risk Management).

Identify and execute projects to enhance operational costs. Act as the area owner for Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA), employing the Corrective Action Request (SCAR / CAR) approach to

problem-solving. Drive continuous improvement in quality and related areas.

Coach team members to follow escalation processes for quality-related issues. Develop performance metrics linked to the overall factory financial plan (AY, Scrap), and establish systems to track and adjust as necessary. Identify and execute projects to enhance operational costs. Act as the area owner for Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA), employing the Corrective Action Request (SCAR / CAR) approach to problem-solving. Take ownership of all attributes of the Manufacturing Control Plan for the assigned area, including technical knowledge of the supporting supply chain. Lead the training, execution, auditing, and improvement of the Manufacturing Quality Control Plan.

Provide technical leadership for the development, sustainment, and continuous improvement of factory quality measurement systems, including gaging and testing equipment. Collect and analyze data as part of SPC. Implement escalation plans as required by MCI/MCP. Monitor and respond to data trends, identifying root causes and leading corrective actions. Lead and support 1x1 problem-solving for the assigned area, collaborating with various teams to improve product quality by identifying and eliminating root causes of issues.

Provide guidance to the NPI team on manufacturing process capabilities. Evaluate and implement new testing technologies to support new product innovations and improve outgoing quality. What You'll Bring to Our Team Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.3+ years of experience interpreting data to solve problems associated with high-volume, short-cycle manufacturing of consumer products.3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality/quality improvement projects or process improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment, or equivalent military experience.

Ability to work within large cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels. Experience in the development or sustaining of data collection and measurement systems. This position will provide work exposure to the following duties and responsibilities of a QC Technician. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partners and coordinates daily/weekly scheduling with QC Manager, other Management, Plant personnel and crewmembers, as well as, Department of Transportation inspectors to obtain necessary samples and mix designs. Clear understanding of concrete procedures/production. Must be self-motivated with a desire to learn, obtain certifications

as needed. Must partner with other members of staff reporting to Quality Control Manager to ensure quality control specifications are met, as well as daily production schedules/estimates.

Knowledge to ensure ethical behavior and safety standards as required by the company and OSHA guidelines. Ability to prepare and submit proper documentation to the appropriate Quality Control personnel on a timely basis. Must understand how to evaluate test results and address problems when they arise. Attitude/Cooperation: Must always maintain a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the general public. Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes.
