Review multiple engineering discipline deliverables, coordinate and communicate lessons learned across facilities. Review and translation of simple to complex technical documents with objective of identifying and communicating lessons learned. Participate in and support internal and external project quality surveillances and audits. Review Condition Reports and associated actions within the Closed Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) automated tool (Devon Way) for lessons learned. Promote Lessons Learned Programs and interface with Quality Assurance.

Communicate quality issues to the engineering team in the form of positive feedback and lessons learned. Perform management backssments to confirm implementation, institutionalization and effectiveness of lessons learned. Skills and Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Level 1: BS degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college with 6 years of progressive related experience. Level 2: BS degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college with 9 years of progressive related experience.
