to 1973. We have a full time opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager in our Seymour office to support our Condominium Management team. We are seeking an organized, customer service oriented administrative assistant who will assist the Community Association Managers with multiple Connecticut residential condominium and homeowner associations in accordance with the bylaws and declarations of the association as well as pertinent state statutes.
This position requires excellent communication skills both oral and written, keen attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and handle high clerical task, phone call and email volume. Must be savvy in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel

Responsibilities: Utilize existing animation files and elements to create content for ESPN programming Translate assignment details and creative direction into visually compelling solutions Progressively advance skills in developing customized animations Excellent collaboration skills, receptive to feedback and revision requests Able to prioritize multiple assignments and transition between projects easily Strong attention to detail, timelines, delivery specifications and established project workflows Expected to develop skills to engineer animation projects for efficient versioning,
