Maintain and update policy and other guiding documents pertaining to assets and logistics. Conduct data calls to track and report on assets and real property across offices and/or agencies. Draft, edit, and coordinate reports, briefings, or other deliverables in response to customer requirements. Topic areas could potentially cover logistics operations, supply
chain management, and asset management. Research and recommend systematic, integrated, practices and innovative process improvements for maintaining real property records.
Administer quarterly facility data and real property data calls. Draft responses to Requests for Information and perform data analysis to enable leadership to address gaps and remediate audit findings. Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI CI poly Clearance. Minimum of 5 year working with or in the Intelligence Community. Experience with oversight of IC Plant, Property, and Equipment (PPE), to include researching and recommending systemic, integrated practices and innovative process improvements to optimize logistics, supply chain, and asset management programs. Ability to conduct feasibility studies, capability backssments and gap analysis to reduce programmatic redundancies and inefficiencies of IC logistics. Ability to conduct other studies of specific assets and logistics-related issues on an as-needed basis.
Ability to assist in executing interagency working groups and program reviews. Retrieves cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distributes to each service station in order to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use.
Sweeps restaurant floors throughout shift to maintain a clean, presentable and attractive restaurant. Retrieves requisitioned items from stockroom, ensuring requisition is complete and correct, and stocking supplies in proper places, rotating stock at all times. Assists waitstaff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware.
