The Specialist will be embedded within a multi-disciplined team including logistics, procurement, and engineering personnel to perform quick-reaction support services. The Specialist is expected to create relationships with remote logistics teams to smoothly expedite shipment and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Tasking on this job will vary widely from day to day. The Logistics Specialist

must be willing to learn all facets of Property Management, Warehouse Operations and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Logistics personnel will be cross-trained in all areas of warehouse operation and will be expected to cover each other's area of responsibility as well as support customer surge requirements.

The Specialist must be familiar with local established business policies, procedures and public law to ensure compliance. The Specialist may have the opportunity to transport customer items within the Washington Metropolitan Area and on a nationwide basis. The Specialist will also be responsible for shipping items to an OCONUS facility operated and maintained by Raytheon.

The Specialist will be required to travel to the site for familiarity and understand how items are tracked, consumed, and stored at site.

Our operations will require the specialist to work in inclement weather (Rain, Snow, Heat and Humidity) to complete our mission. Individuals will be required to lift 50 pound items unaided, and will be required to be obtain a DOT Medical Card, drive Forklifts and be certified for DOT/IATA Hazardous Materials and Electrostatic Discharge. Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with poly and be crossover eligible. Maintain a collaborative working relationship with the on-site professional team to seamlessly coordinate and prepare for the welcoming of all new residents. AFFORDABLE COMPLIANCE Gather and follow up on all verifications of income, as required for LIHTC and/or HUD programs. Monitor correct usage of income and rent limits as well as utility allowances. Walk units to prepare for state required inspections. Maintain positive relationship with local housing authority.

SALES & MARKETING Ensure the effective execution of marketing programs per branding and marketing standards. Represent and ensure the content for your property is represented accurately on marketing assets such as the property website and social media. CUSTOMER SERVICE Increase resident satisfaction through lease renewal strategies and resident retention plans. Serve as a Fairfield ambassador by effectively and professionally managing residents' concerns WHAT YOU'LL NEED ON DAY ONE: Minimum of three years of property management experience required.
