coordination with internal/external customers to support sales/promotion events, branding development, and business development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Support Camellia Brand in assigned retail geography by ensuring all authorized SKU's have adequate shelf space, are properly tagged, and rotated for optimal freshness.
Ability to effectively sell-in secondary displays and/or new items as directed. Tracks work activity with DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Promotion) report provided to Regional Sales Manager at end of each week. Utilizes Group Me app with daily merchandising activities, supported with before/after pictures. Coordinates with outside sales partners, brokers, trade
organizations, wholesalers, and retailers etc. regarding demos or other sales related activity needed to support sales team initiatives. Supports sales team at trade shows, weekend demo events, and other company events as needed.
Effectively manages outside vendors to ensure quality of work delivered is up to standards and delivered on a timely basis. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibility. Work Environment Will require working in retail locations as needed to support sales initiatives. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged
periods and have a full range of body movements and command of all five senses.
